Job Description
- Monitoring web traffic statistics such as page views, bandwidth consumption, and click through rates
- Analyzing data to determine what content should be added to the website to increase traffic or improve conversion rates
- Cooperating with other Team members such as graphic designers to ensure that all aspects of the website project are completed on time
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate posting of information
- Serve as a point of contact for website-related inquiries from internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintaining and updating current content on the website to ensure it is relevant to users’ needs
- Providing customer support through email or phone to answer questions or address concerns
- Setting up user accounts and providing customer service to customers who use the website
- Reviewing analytics data to determine which keywords or topics are generating the most interest from users
- Creating and maintaining databases of customer information and other business records
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from Computer science or related field.
- Proven previous experience as a Web. Admin. Is highly desirable
- Familiarity with SEO and other digital marketing approaches.
- Good knowledge in using (HTML,CSS, XML, JavaScript, SQL).
- Very organized and Detailed oriented.
- Excellent Analytical skills
- Good understanding of Google analytics
