Job Description
Recruitment: -
- Manages the full life cycle recruiting including resume reviews,
phone screens, interviews, headhunting, scheduling and
recommending candidates, offers and negotiation. - Following up on the interview process status.
- Manage all job postings and descriptions on LinkedIn,Facebook and WhatsApp groups.
2-Personnel: -
- Issuing forms 1, 6, 2 and dealing with Social
Insurance office and labor offices as well as returning the heels
of work to the workforce. - Follow-up the medical cases with the medical insurance
company and the Payments - Procedures for appointing employees from work papers,
conclusion of contracts, insurance forms, etc. - Application of labor law and insurances to the company's work
system. - Preparing and organizing the necessary files for employees and
all documents related to annual or sick leave.
3-Payroll: - - Withdrawing the fingerprint Preparing wages, salaries,
overtime, penalties and work income tax calculations based on
the regulations and in accordance with the labor law - Arrange the Banking ATMs procedures for new hires.
Job Requirements
- 1 to 3 years of experience in the HR field
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Very good English is a must.
- Intermediate level of Excel
