Job Description

  • Maintain physical & computerized records including student cumulative folders, progress and failure reports.
  • Process new student records , including requesting transcripts and records from other universities , setting up cumulative folder, and entering student data into appropriate databases.     
  • Coordinate grading process, including and printing and distribution of report cards.
  • Process and transmit requests for student information, including student transcripts for colleges and Universities.
  • Calculate grade point averages, class rank, and prepare honor rolls.
  • Assist in all academic Process (enrollment, withdrawals, transferring) and all other academic process.               
  • Assist to prepare all reports and student data Information.
  • Recommends and participates in the development and implementation of university policies and procedures regarding student registration, records, and graduation requirements.
  • Maintain confidentiality of information.
  • Handling Students issues, inquiries.
  • Scientific Clearing process.

Job Requirements

  • A bachelor Degree
  • English and Arabic Proficiency.
  • Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment, with high level skills in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Possess a high level of interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience with event management.
  • Strong negotiation and problem solving skills.
  • Able to work under pressure. 
  • Able to maintain utmost confidentiality while exercising careful judgment in all department affairs
  • Experience working in a University or Academic setting is preferred.
