Job Description

  • Adhering to follow up on all the items of the branch manager's check list (daily, weekly and monthly).
  • Following up the coordination of the deputy branch manager for customer problems which related to reservations and follow-ups.
  • Making and presenting daily reports to the area manager.
  • Making the operational schedule for all the branch employees and providing an alternative in cases of absence.
  • Making monthly report with the performance of the branch and submitting it to the area manager, operations manager and the senior management.
  • Following up the branch doctor's schedule and ensure that the doctor provides an alternative for them in the event of short and long-terms regrets and to coordinate with the heads of departments, as well as the Customer Service Department to inform clients of the alternative.
  • Responding to internal audit reports issued by the Quality Department, as well as complaints, reports issued by the Customer Service Department.
  • Receiving customer complaints and dealing with any problems to solve it according to the policy, making sure of the customer's satisfaction before leaving, following up by phone if necessary and submitting a report in this to the area manager and operation manager.
  • Receiving any complaints or suggestions of the doctors or employees of the branch (internal) and working on solving them according to the policy, informing the director of the concerned department about them and submitting a report to the operation in this regard.
  • To follow up that the deputy branch manager reviews the entire warehouse system in the terms of the (quantity of the inventory and its implementation on the system validity returns and depreciation rate) and making a report on the stagnant items in the branch monthly and submitting it to the operation manager.
  • Following up the use of work-related forms approved by the Quality Department.
  • Making requests for hiring and functional needs of the branch and submitting them from the Human Resources Department after obtaining the approval of the operations manager. 
  • To ensure that all employees in the branch are committed to implementing services and recording them on the system by reviewing them daily.
  • Conducting performance evaluation for each employee monthly, informing them of the strengths and weaknesses and sending it to the Human Resources Department and the area manager, provided that the proposed training needs are identified for each employee.
  • Submitting monthly report on the doctor's commitment to their clinic's appointments and send it to the heads of departments, as well as the Human Resources Department.
  • Holding monthly meeting with all the branch employees to discuss any issues, suggestions or workflow system and conducting training for the sustainable development of the employee's performances.
  • Conducting monthly review of the employees and doctor's salaries before adding them to the bank accounts.
  • Following up on all branch licenses, check their expiry dates and inform the department who's responsible for government agencies in case of their expiry or the presence of any inspection.
  • Participating in an advertising role for services in the clinic and in selling of the products.
  • Submitting all proposals for development and improvement of the branches' work flow monthly within the month's report to the area manager and operations manager.

Job Requirements

  • Females only could apply.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in Medical and Cosmetics/retail is a must
  • A Bachelor degree is a must
