Job Description
- Handling technical cases & Complaints
- Handling system technical tickets issued by call center team.
- Following up with the customers
- Obtaining and evaluating all relevant data to handle complaints and inquiries.
- Recording details of comments, inquiries, complaints, and actions taken.
- Receive and support in the implementation of work orders.
- Provide technical information, advice, and transparency with clients upon any technical issues within the provided service.
- Issue any requests for spare parts \ sellable products required during execution of the work order.
- Perform technical tests to ensure proper technical implementation.
- Support operations manager in any assigned tasks upon his\her request.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree : Mechanical Engineering
- 1-2 years in Automotive section
- Proven customer relations skills both in person and over telephone
- Proven ability to communicate and determine customers’ needs
- Basic automotive knowledge and experience
- Good communication skills (listening, questioning)
- Good time management skills
