Job Description
- Dealing with correspondence and phone calls.
- Managing CEO’s calendar and organizing meetings and appointments, often controlling access to the CEO.
- Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation.
- Organizing events and conferences calendar.
- Reminding the CEO of important tasks and deadlines.
- Tracing and following up on the pending tasks.
- Recording and maintaining the results for all tenders.
- Reporting to HR & CEO
Job Requirements
- proven experience in the same position is a MUST
- Presentable.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Organizational skills and the ability to multitask
- Discretion and confidentiality .
- Excellent in English
