Job Description
- Communicate and coordinate French customers’ orders with internal departments and Export Manager.
- Review the production plan with the factory.
- Revise and provide customers with documents.
- Document management of related forms.
- Order and invoicing data entry
- Tracking Process to ensure on-time delivery.
- Prepare required reports and invoices.
- Prepare all the export documents needed and send them to customers.
- Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements
- Fluency in Arabic & English & French (Reading, Writing & Oral)
- Ability to travel
- Bachelor's Degree at least
- Computer skills – Excellent user of MS applications
- Excellent communication skills and presentation skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and workloads
- Excellent Time Management skills
