Hi - I looking for someone with a passion for customer service to do a flexible small role that can expand to a much bigger opportunity! This is a full time and part time role is for an inbound calling rep who must make phone calls to customers asking for feedback on their service. Very simple and I will train you and provide a script! You must be fluent in English and conversation. Sales experience is very preferred. If you do well, then you can expand into a bigger role.

Task: Ask about customer experience and get them to leave reviews. Make 10-15 calls a day initially

Hours: Anytime between US working hours 9am - 5pm

I own a company that specializes in taking care of customers who need home service goods (plumbing, garage, etc.). Alot of times, these customers need urgent help (burst piped, car stuck in garage) and it's up to you to route their request and book them with the next available contractor! Your role will consist of connecting those customers to my network of contracts.
