Job Description
We are looking for an ambitious Junior Accountant to provide support to the financial department by managing daily accounting tasks. You will be part of a team of professionals working to maintain order and transparency for the company’s finances.
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle the AP & Inventory part
- Review all invoices & make the three way matching
- Make payment test before handing over the invoices to the treasury team
- Handle accruals with logistics /Marketing/Admin or any business owner
- Control the inbounded items through Main WH & the sorting center
- Update the supplier database & KYC
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related
- 1-3 Years of Related Experience
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office and familiarity with relevant computer software
- Good command of English
- Strong attention to detail and confidentiality
