Job Summary:
As a Graphic Designer within our Creative Team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the visual identity of our brand and bringing creative concepts to life. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver visually compelling designs across various platforms, ensuring consistency and adherence to brand guidelines. Key Responsibilities:
Design Execution:
* Develop visually appealing graphics, illustrations, and layouts for digital and print materials.
* Translate creative briefs and concepts into high-quality design solutions.
* Collaborate with team members to ensure brand consistency across all visual assets.
Brand Adherence:
* Ensure designs align with the company's brand guidelines and visual identity.
* Contribute to the evolution and enhancement of the brand through innovative design concepts.
* Work closely with the Creative Director to maintain brand integrity and style consistency.
Project Collaboration:
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and web development, to deliver cohesive design solutions.
* Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for various projects.
* Effectively communicate design concepts and rationale to team members and stakeholders.
Technical Proficiency:
* Stay abreast of industry trends, design software updates, and emerging technologies.
* Maintain proficiency in graphic design software (Adobe Creative Suite, etc.) and other relevant tools.
* Troubleshoot and problem-solve design-related issues as they arise.
Deadline Management:
* Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines.
* Provide accurate time estimates for project completion and communicate any potential delays in advance.
Job Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in graphic design, Visual Arts, or related field preferred Graduate of applied arts.
* Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing creative and diverse design projects.
* Proficient in graphic design software, including Adobe Creative Suite.
* Strong understanding of design principles, color theory, and typography.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
* Ability to receive constructive feedback and iterate on designs accordingly.
* Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
* Experience in UX/UI design and an understanding of user-centric design principles.
* Knowledge of web design and development processes.
* Familiarity with animation and video editing tools.
