Job Description

  • Maintain and update document control processes and procedures.
  • Maintain incoming and out coming documentation circle.
  • Develop and maintain the Documents Management System.
  • Manage all flows of documents either in electronic form or on paper support.
  • Ensure Document Management accordingly to established procedures or standards (documents numbering, formats, issuance, review, recording and archiving)
  • Maintain and manage electronic and hard copy documents as required.
  • Ensure control and coordination of projects documentation and data.
  • Ensure all documentation are correctly identified, distributed and filed/stored

Job Requirements

  • BSc degree in relevant field
  • Proven work experience as a Document Controller for 2-4 years
  • Familiarity with project management
  • Hands-on experience with MS Office and MS Excel
  • Knowledge of Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS)
  • Proficient typing and editing skills
  • Data organization skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Good knowledge in ISO standards
