Senior Technical Office Engineer

• Monitor cost forecasts and actual, reviewing periodic cost reports for each project.
• Perform cost analysis and advising project managers on cost over-runs in a timely manner.
• Review detailed loaded schedules with all resources for tenders & projects under construction through all project phases.
• Manage project quarries during tender and RFIs, document, material submitting and procurement using logos linked project up dated time schedule.
• Recognize which areas of project development need to be re-addressed in order to maintain efficiency and cost control.
• Manage complete financial cycle such as vendor purchase orders, client, cost proposals and invoices.
• Administer market budget, track and report project finances.
• Conduct vendor and internal audits to review accuracy, quality and completeness of database records and documents.
• Review contracts prior issuing.
• Create and adjust projects budgets.
• Issue risk management reports.
• Review quantities for client and sub-contractors invoices and consequently budget updates reports based on updated quantities.
• Conduct performance appraisals /feedback sessions to maintain a skilled and motivated team.
• Recommend training and professional development plan for project control staff.
• Participating in management meetings to conceptualize strategic plans to meet the long term organization objectives.
