Job Description

For Sales Team Leader:

  • Manage a sales team and provide leadership, training and coaching
  • Develop a sales strategy to achieve organizational sales goals and revenues

Job Requirements

  • Management of systems and personnel experience.
  • Strong leadership abilities and outstanding interpersonal skills.
  • Technical proficiency with word processing, spreadsheet, sales tracking and customer relationship management software.
  • Practicing positive self-talk while motivating others to do the same.
  • Ability to work under deadline pressure and meet targets.
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
