Job Description
- Will be responsible of recruiting new staff according to the business needs.
- Personal ( staff hiring document, attendance, social insurance, medical insurance,…….)
- Gathering payroll inputs from the departments.
- Act as a business partner to line managers and provide guidance and counseling on HR-related issues.
- Develop and implement human resources policies and procedures, disseminate and communicate them through employee booklets/meetings/and other forms of communication and ensure understanding of stakeholders and compliance
Job Requirements
- Fluent in English.
- Excellent communication skills.
- HR experience from 3 to 6 years.
- Good knowledge of Egyptian labor law.
- Excellent people management skills
