Job Description
- Promote Innovera’s brand awareness through creative marketing campaigns.
- Develop marketing plans to reach the target customer base through appropriate marketing channels.
- Create and execute lead generation programs and analyze data to determine campaign efficiency.
- Responsible for organizing and managing external events and all event planning-related activities.
- Develop branding guidelines and ensure creative marketing materials undergo regular review to ensure full adherence to set standards.
- Oversee branding compliance across other groups.
- Work closely with the sales team on program development and implementation
- Provide advice as to how to best reach the target market.
- Build relationships with new and existing customers through prospecting and networking.
- Report on social media engagement levels such as a number of LinkedIn followers and engagement index.
- In collaboration with the Product Management Team, create marketing content for various marketing and social media platforms.
- Offer project recommendations to the management team.
- Managing and following up on the website project with Appenza’s team.
- Promotes and upholds Innovera’s Code of Conduct standards and Core Competencies.
Job Requirements
- Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Experience in project management is preferred
- Proficient in MS Office
- Proficiency with Google Analytics and web analysis tools
- Excellent analytical and presentation skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
