Job Description
- Develop strong and trusted relationship with customers through timely and accurate communications.
- Manage current customers calls/emails to ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction.
- Resolve customer issues in accurate and timely manner.
- Attend and conduct orders status and review meeting with customers.
- Maintain and update documents related to customer accounts and business reports.
- Develop new business opportunities in every customer communication.
- Coordinate calls, meetings and communications between management and customers.
- Generate customer reports on periodic basis.
- Interacts with customers via telephone, email, online chat, or in person to provide support and information on assigned products.
- Ensures that appropriate actions are taken to resolve customers problems and concerns.
- Maintains customer accounts and records of customer interactions with details of inquiries, complaints, or comments.
- Attends meeting with potential customers in order to start new business relation.
- Takes potential customers into factories/farms visits and make a full orientation.
- Acts as first contact point for customer claims for notification and reception of claims and respective document collection.
- Collaborates closely with Operations, Sales, and other departments for smooth handling of shipments with continuous updates
- Proactively informs customer on shipment status, exceptions and provides timely updates on incident solution.
- Reviews all customer orders to ensure order entry is accurate, verifying bill-to & ship-to addresses, customer purchase order, items ordered, quantities, pricing and special customer requests, prior to being released for shipment.
- Preparing invoices for existing customer orders upon request.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree holder
- Proven experience in customer relations/Services field
- Fluent English is a MUST
- Proficiency at MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint is a MUST
- Strong communication/Negotiation/Presentation skills.
- Well presentable, Excellent confident speaker.
- Gender: Female
- Age Criteria: 26yrs MAX
