Job Description
This position requires a senior or well experienced accountant. This person must be able to scope and update our software requirements. Create and build supporting documentation. Audit and reconcile our accounts and work on our books and bookkeeping.
- To build and connect the GL or charts of accounts
- Verify, formulate and establish internal process for our software
- Manage our books and generate reports on a weekly basis
- Manage the office safe.
- Establish Bills, Invoices, PO processes
- Validate Flow-logic and build new ones
- Support the building of our new Accounting Platform
- Provide tax recommendations and track all bills and payments.
- Build Reports and validate formulas
Job Requirements
- Language: English, Arabic (spoken & written) fluent
- Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance
- 5-10 years experience in accounting, auditing, general Ledger accounts, reporting
- Ability to work with little to no supervision.
- Working knowledge of tax laws and GAAP & IFRS.
- Strong organizational and stress management skills.
- Previous experience in Quickbooks, Xero, Odoo or similar accounting platform
- Ideally with experience in auditing firms
