Job Description
- Acts as the focal point between Sky and Etisalat to ensure that all systems, frameworks and policies are effectively applied.
- Influence key stakeholders to ensure employee and business needs are managed and exceeded.
- Manage and lead direct report
- Input into Business Planning processes
- Develops and manages annual manpower plan in line with business needs and growth plans to ensure proper budgeting and effective workforce sizing.
- Contributes effectively to the interviewing and selection process of the company’s candidates to ensure role and cultural fit.
- Manage the payroll and personal cycle for the the Account.

- Experience in project and change management.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
