Freight Forwarder

Seeking for Freight Forwarder who has an experience at least three years at Shipping Company worked as Freight Forwarder, has an excellent knowledge of principles and methods for moving goods by air, sea, & road

including the relative costs, benefits, booking containers and dealing with the international lines Operating Systems.

Responsibilities:

• Handle all import & export tasks which related to shipping orders with vendors, customers & shipping lines.
• Supervising the process of importing and exporting a product starting from booking the container until the customer receive the product.
• Monitor product import or export processes to ensure compliance with regulatory or legal requirements.
• Dealing with Ministries and all its different governmental entities/labs regarding getting mandatory export & import approvals prior shipping.
• Meet cost, accuracy, and timeliness targets.
• Work closely with vendors/Customers for on time shipping documents availability & ensure on time dispatch of shipping documents to customs broker to avoid penalties.
• Manage process and issue the required documents for customs clearance like export approval from the Ministries & issuing certificates of Origin.
• Manage Customs broker and all his activities and do all necessary actions.
• Prepare IDCs for shipments and coordinate with finance Dept. & bank.
• Update the customers about their shipment.
• Manage complaints of customers for any delayed in their shipment.
