Job Description

General purpose

We provide companies with access to a wide range of gifting resources. Corporate Sales is responsible for generating, growing and managing a significant portion of revenue and this position plays a critical part in achieving our client acquisition and revenue goals. This role is responsible for working with our existing client base on immediate projects and generating leads and new clients through constant outreach and networking.

Responsibilities :

  • Prospect and cultivate new corporate and VIP gift accounts, pursuing potential customers from various industries.
  • Sales with a focus on new business growth.
  • Seek opportunities to develop ongoing year-round accounts, such as conferences, events, industry festivals, weddings, hotels, etc.
  • Maintain a high degree of product and service knowledge and expertise.
  • Promote and enhance reputation by providing a professional and positive customer experience.
  • Answer customer calls in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Responsible for product knowledge and services available, selling products according to company policies.
  • Provide answers to inquiries on order status, shipment, products and other questions that may arise in an efficient and timely manner via phone, email, and/or online chat support.
  • Place and quote customer orders accurately.
  • Document all responses on ERP.
  • Contact customers on back orders, discontinued items, and service fees when necessary.
  • Following up with Foreign Purchasing department on customer shipping issues.
  • Maintain and service new and existing accounts throughout the sales funnel and retention process.
  • Achieve quarterly and annual sales and profit margin goals.

Job Requirements

  • 3 + years of experience in B2B sales for a high-end/luxury goods company.
  • Strong phone and in-person communication and negotiation skills with business development, lead prospecting and marketing, ideally with a robust professional network to draw upon
  • Provide excellent customer service with a professional attitude
  • Solid writing skills, able to communicate clearly and in the brand voice when constructing and delivering thoughtful client pitches.
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • A strong work ethic and a high level of discretion, integrity, judgment and responsiveness.
  • Positive and proactive energy, a sense of humor and the ability to work collaboratively and to get the job done.
  • Proficient in both, written and spoken, English and Arabic 
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and the Internet
