Job Description
We are hiring Sales Manager for new projects that we are launching in New Capital:
- Manage sales team to achieve revenue goals.
- Direct the sales team in the direct and indirect sales.
- Work with the sales team to implement new sales techniques to achieve profit.
- Identify, qualify, new customer sales opportunities to generate sales revenues that meet & exceed assigned goals.
- Plan, and develop new sales strategies.
- Updating management on the status of all prospects.
- Selling full portfolio of projects & searching for new clients.
- Prepare action plans by individuals as well as by team for effective search of sales leads & prospect.
- Representing the organization at exhibitions, and events.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in any discipline.
- Experience in New Capital projects is a must.
- 10 years of experience in Real Estate Sales.
- Experience in managing sales people.
- Experience in commercial projects is preferred.
- Advanced Sales diploma is preferred.
- To be presentable.
- To have excellent communication & negotiation skills.
- Excellent leadership skills.
- Very Good in English language.
