Job Description
- Leadership and Management: Lead and manage a team of technical professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentorship. Assign tasks, set goals, and ensure the team's overall performance and productivity.

Job Requirements
- Previous Startup Experience: Demonstrated experience working in startup environments, understanding the dynamics, agility, and fast-paced nature of such organizations.
- Backend Expertise: Proficiency in backend languages such as PHP, Python, Java, Ruby, or similar, with a strong understanding of web application development frameworks and RESTful APIs.
- Frontend Expertise: Proficiency in frontend languages such as JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js, with a deep understanding of responsive design principles.
- Technical Expertise: Strong technical background in the relevant field (e.g., software development, IT infrastructure, etc.). Proficiency in programming languages, tools, and technologies related to the project.
