Job Description
Responsible for deploying product updates, identifying deployment issues and ensuring continuous integration of new features in a fast and efficient way. He/ She will execute and automate deployment and operational processes fast, accurately and securely.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Continuously deploy new features requested by customers
- Apply updates patches, and fixes on the different environments
- Provide Level 2 technical support
- Build tools to reduce occurrences of errors and improve deployment experience
- When needed develop software tools to integrate with internal back-end systems or other external systems
- Investigate and resolve technical issues; perform root cause analysis for production errors
- Design procedures for system troubleshooting and maintenance
- Develop scripts to automate visualization
- Is aware of and participates in defining the Release lifecycle process.
Job Requirements
- B.Sc. in Computer Science, Engineering or relevant field
- Work experience as a DevOps Engineer or similar software engineering role
- Good programing/scripting skills
- Working knowledge of databases and SQL
- Problem-solving attitude
- Team spirit
