Job Description

- Performs various imports/exports administrative tasks.
- Enters export and import documentations into SAP system.
- Prepares shipping documents, and coordinates shipments with various freight forwarders.
- Prepares shipping/export documents (BL, Commercial invoice, packing list, …)
- Handles customers complaints, provides appropriate solutions and alternatives to ensures issues are resolved.
- Communicates frequently with customers & provides continuous orders follow-up with the suppliers and freight forwarders.
- Follows up on products status and delivery dates.
- Handles Invoices and prepares all required export documentations.
- Follows up on products status and delivery dates.
- Follows up invoices’ settlement.
- Communicates with internal departments as required
- Additional tasks and duties will be communicated and assigned.
Job Requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain /Logistics or Business (preferred)
- 3+ years’ experience in Logistics/customer support/Exports
- Main areas of expertise : Procurement and Logistics -Export documentations - LC documentations / Customer Service/Shipment coordination.
General Requirements:
- Excellent - Fluent English language
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office Programs
- SAP user is a must
- Gender: Male
- Age: 27 - 30 (maximum)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with customers and colleagues.
- Great Organizational skills
- Working hours: 09:00 a.m - 5:00 p.m
- Days off: Friday and Saturday
