Job Description

  • Assist in the preparation of regularly schedule reports
  • Manage and coordinate travel, transport and accommodation.
  • Organize & prepare Travel arrangement air, hotels, transportation in addition to financial and administrative arrangements.
  • Develop and maintain a filling system
  • Provide general support to colleagues
  • Research and creates reports
  • General reports
  • Handel multiple tasks
  • Prepare and monitor sheets
  • Carry out administrative duties such as filling, typing, copying, binding, scanning.
  • Maintain computer and manual filing systems
  • Handel sensitive information and confidential manner
  • Manage and coordinate travel, transport and accommodation.
  • Organize & prepare Travel arrangement air, hotels, transportation in addition to financial and administrative arrangements. 

Job Requirements

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Previous experience in coordinating  travel booking, Hotel accommodation and transportation is A MUST 
  • Attention to detail and problem solving skills
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • Integrity and confidentiality
  • Familiarity with basic research methods and reporting techniques
