Job Description

  • Plan and propose projects, initiatives, and action plans to link Al-Watania Poultry Strategic Objectives with the HR Strategic Objectives.
  • Work closely with the Centre of Excellence Lead to determine the priorities of the pre-defined HR goals and objectives which are aligned with the organization’s Strategic Objectives.
  • Develop and monitor the achieving progress of the HR plan with the HRBPs and CoE Lead on monthly basis.
  • Prepare monthly report that shows the HR metrics status, and to modify the HR plan and / or action plan accordingly if needed.
  • Study and analyse the utilization of the organization’s manpower effectively and efficiently.
  • Effectively gather information which reflect how efficient the HR department activities are.
  • Overall accountability for the design & implementation of high-quality HR projects, processes, and services.
  • Develop and maintain strategies aiming performance improvement of individuals and increasing a High-Performance Working Culture in place.
  • Oversee the design and implementation of Al-Watania Poultry Strategy.
  • Overall accountability for HR policies & procedures and alignment.
  • Collaborates with HRBPs to ensure the application of HR processes and practices in a standardized way.

Job Requirements

  • At least 5 years relevant experience, including specific experience in performance management, and organizational development.
  • Strong project management and HR service delivery expertise.
  • Experience in using data analysis and visualization software.
  • Experience in communicating ideas and information through written proposals, reports and presenting these to top management.
