Plan and propose projects, initiatives, and action plans to link Al-Watania Poultry Strategic Objectives with the HR Strategic Objectives.
Work closely with the Centre of Excellence Lead to determine the priorities of the pre-defined HR goals and objectives which are aligned with the organization’s Strategic Objectives.
Develop and monitor the achieving progress of the HR plan with the HRBPs and CoE Lead on monthly basis.
Prepare monthly report that shows the HR metrics status, and to modify the HR plan and / or action plan accordingly if needed.
Study and analyse the utilization of the organization’s manpower effectively and efficiently.
Effectively gather information which reflect how efficient the HR department activities are.
Overall accountability for the design & implementation of high-quality HR projects, processes, and services.
Develop and maintain strategies aiming performance improvement of individuals and increasing a High-Performance Working Culture in place.
Oversee the design and implementation of Al-Watania Poultry Strategy.
Overall accountability for HR policies & procedures and alignment.
Collaborates with HRBPs to ensure the application of HR processes and practices in a standardized way.

At least 5 years relevant experience, including specific experience in performance management, and organizational development.
Strong project management and HR service delivery expertise.
Experience in using data analysis and visualization software.
Experience in communicating ideas and information through written proposals, reports and presenting these to top management.
