Job Description
- Monitor all Aftersales processes and measure all related KPI
- Audit Service and Parts departments KPIs including workshop efficiency improvement, enhance Service quality, improve service centers CSI, and revenue targets achievement.
- Asses and report processes efficiency and areas for improvement.
- Suggest and plan for process improvement.
- Set and Implement improvement Action plans.
- Introduce and promote Keizen activities.
- Develop and prepare all required reports and suggest new reports to monitor Process.
- Preparing an annual operating budget, goals and objectives for each department and monitoring the departments’ performance.
- Working with department managers to improve profitability and efficiency.
- Ensuring that each department staff is helpful, as well as making customer satisfaction a priority to ensure referral and repeat business.
- Creating service and pricing policies for approval by the general manager.
- Any other duties within the nature of his/her qualifications, or such duties that become within the nature of his/her qualifications as a result of any training or qualification he/she has received by the company.
- Monitor and analyze industry trends and market changes.
- Research competition to identify threats and opportunities
- Prepare Business Plans for current and future projects and business opportunities
