Job Description
- Receive and review the appointment papers of new employees and make files for each employee.
- Register new employees in the company's database and make their own fingerprint.
- Register the insured in social insurance and update it periodically.
- Termination of annual contracts for employees and social insurance forms.
- Do all the procedures for resignations.
- Conduct an end-of-service interview for resigned employees and send a monthly report to the head of the Organizational development department on the numbers of employees who left the company during the company and the reason for their departure from work.
- Update the Documentations of the labor office periodically.
- Dealing with social insurance offices and the labor office.
- Send reports periodically to the head of the personnel department.
Job Requirements
- Experience of 5 to 7 years in the field of personnel.
- Proficiency in MS Office is a must.
- Good experience in dealing with social insurance offices and the labor office.
- Good knowledge of Egyptian labor law.
- Fully aware of social insurance and all the updates.
- Good communication skills.
- Males only.
