Job Description
Responsible for internal communication activities
•Create and coordinate employee events and engagement programs following the preset plan
•Newsletter for the assigned accounts
•Follow up on company’s social media channels
•Develop and manage staff motivation programs and recognition events, for the assigned accounts
•Responsible for internal communication activities
•Respond on inquiries through emails and face to face communication
•Align staff with company values, updates and news
•Insuring efficient and high-quality communication with internal stakeholders
•Working along with Marketing team to make sure that we are one Majorel (branding)
•Managing agencies and vendors relationship while aligning with procurement
•Keep the people engaged via our comms to create a positive motivating momentum
•Managing seasonality engagement activities (Ramadan, Eid, Xmas…. etc.)
•Supporting in Increasing employee engagement /awareness via supporting in the new communication channel - engagement committee through the engagement teams to enhance and to ensure complete alignment and transparency with all accounts to build up trust
•Ensure to have report after each campaign/ activity for the signed accounts
•Responsible for feel good program activities, campaign and planning
Job Requirements
•Bachelor’s Degree
•Very good awareness of Ms. Office
•V. Good on Photoshop program
