What will you be doing?

The purpose of this role is to define the release process and coordinate all of the activities required to bring the product to market. This involves bridging gaps between different functions within the company and aligning all of the teams involved like marketing, sales, and customer support.

What will you need to be successful?

• Maintain an efficient and effective marketing force within the territory.
• Recommend specific sales & marketing strategies to capitalize on territorial opportunities and competitive threats.
• Evaluate Product Specialists performance against marketing objectives and develops a profile of each Product Specialist.
• Provide training and development support to Sales Representatives in distributors.
• Accountable for positive corporate representation with the community and customers.
• Determine Product Specialist needs and recommends specific programs to upper management/human resources.

Successful candidates would need the following:

• Bachelor Degree of Medical Science.
• Five years’ experience in medical sales and/or management.
• Familiarity with the local medical community.
• Dynamic and Results Oriented with well-developed communication skill.
• Strong negotiating skills with a slant on current day teachings and successful results.
• The ability to communicate in Arabic and English
