Job Description
- Receive all e-mails sent to CEOs, follow up with CEOs and/or all departments in charge and make sure all emails are dealt with in a timely manner.
- Support other Senior Management staff on other projects as needed.
- Managing the phone line, schedule meetings, managing calendar and and handling travel arrangements of the CEO.
- Receive certain assignments, handle with several departments and present final results in reports.
- Handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.
- Handle information requests.
Job Requirements
- Degree in business administration or relative field.
- 5+ years of experience as executive secretary or similar administrative role.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong sense of urgency and problem solving skills.
- Presentable.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent English.
