About the Job:
- Participate in the hiring process to make sure we pick the best talent
- Conduct on boarding and orientation of new hires and make sure they are fully read to start selling
- Conduct on going training to the team to enhance their skills and keep them up to date
- Conduct quality audits on team calls and provide them with coaching as needed
Job Requirements
Candidate Must have:
- At least 6 years of Real Estate brokerage experience
- At least 2 years of leadership experience
- At least 2 years of Training / Instruction experience
- Excellent English Skills
