Job Description
Title: Officer, Executive Education – Programs
Location: All Campuses
Purpose:
Responsible for the implementation of Executive Education programs from the scheduling phase, going through classroom or online support till the completion and graduation of participants.
Main Accountabilities:
- Handles all training program operations and logistics; room reservations, Scheduling and any other pre course preparations.
- Communicates both instructors and participants of set schedules including exact dates, timings and designated venues.
- Sends final list of participants to instructors prior to program start.
- Coordinates and ensures that all learning materials are ready, printed or made available online to all participants in a timely manner.
- Handles attendance with instructors and keeps record and sends warnings to participants violating the attendance policy,
- Implements the course evaluations and compiles a report of feedback from all participants for quality assurance purposes.
- Ensures sharing all training related files throughout the course to all participants (assignments, quizzes, projects, presentations.. etc.)
- Handles the proper video coverage and keeps record of course footage.
- Provides any technical support to participants, using program related interfaces or fulfilling course requirements.
- Complies the participants grades throughout the course and present a total grades record for each participant.
- Performs any other related tasks as per the request of direct manager.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in any relevant field.
- One to Three years of experience in Training course implementation.
- Previous experience in Education or training providers is a must.
- Strong project management skills.
- Excellent Client Relationship Management skills (with all Stakeholders).
- Very Good Communication Skills.
- Very Good Problem Solving Skills.
- Excellent level of English Language.
- Very Good knowledge of all MS. Applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel…)
- Five Days a week.
