Job Description
• Identifying your organization's needs and working to create and implement an efficient talent acquisition strategy to improve recruitment and business performance
• Work closely with other departments heads to ensure fulfilling hiring needs and develop well stablished performance evaluation system.
• Ensure applying Hr policies
• Creates company's competencies frame work.
• Review job descriptions and keep policies and org chart UpToDate
• Report turnover , exit and performance evaluations reports.
• Developing and retaining a diverse talent acquisition team
• Applying strategies to attract diverse candidates to all areas of the business
• Interviewing Middle and managerial levels
• Ensure high levels of employer branding
• Evaluate subordinates
• prepare yearly manpower planning and manage hiring costs
• ensure both talent management and OD are running properly and aligned with company structure.
• Perform pre final or final interviews based on job level.
Job Requirements
- B. Sc. Degree is a must.
- 6 To 9 Years Of Experience.
- Excellent Command Of English.
- HR Diploma Or certificate is a must.
Recruitment and OD experience is a must.
Constructions and Real state experience is a plus.
