Job Description
Administrative Affairs
- Organizing and coordinating the internal management of the factory and ensuring that all operations are in accordance with procedures and regulations.
- Administrative Security Department and follow up security factory.
- Supervision of fire protection networks, industrial safety and supervision of occupational safety and health.
- Management and supervision of the movement and the motorway of the transfer of workers
- Supervising the renewal of all types of company car licenses and investigating traffic violations
- Management and supervision of employees transportation.
- Management and follow-up of the housing of the workers whether owned by the company or the rented housing.
- Workers' housing contracts, follow-up maintenance of company accidents and settlement of custody.
Legal Affairs
- Editing of criminal and civil and labor records and proceedings as legal representative of the company.
- Dealing with the Labor Office, the Social and Health Insurance Authority and all government agencies.
- Application of labor law, sanctions regulations and administrative investigations.
Employees Relations
- Supervising, maintaining Employees files and follow up daily employees attendance and all absenteeism cycle.
- Responsible all blue collars hiring, either internal or external labors.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of Experience in Manufacturing.
- Bachelor degree.
- Originally and based on Damietta.
- Excellent communication Skills.
- Strong Relationship with governmental institutions.
- Excellent Microsoft office Skills.
- Hard worker.
