Job Description
* Responsible for so many aspects of a company’s IT systems like
* AD, DHCP, DNS, File SRV, Print SRV, MS Exchange, MS Lync, MS Hyper-V, MS IIS, MS SQL, MS SCCM
* Apps support, KES antivirus and Symantec backup solution.
* Develop and maintain installation and configuration procedures.
* Keep up to date on new developments in the technology industry, in case changes within the company have an impact on the business.
* Contribute to and maintain system standards.
* Installing and configuring and maintain servers and network.
* Overseeing system performance and creating backup and safeguarding data.
* Performing system upgrades following new release
Job Requirements
o Bachelor’s degree preferable Major Information System or Computer Science or similar
o 1-2 year experience in the same position.
o Excellent Arabic / English
o Quality Orientation
o Advanced knowledge about TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN
o Advanced knowledge about Local area network technical.
o Familiar with Cisco network hardware, Software.
o Familiar with MS Exchange, MS Lync, MS Hyper-V, MS IIS, MS SQL, MS SCCM, KES antivirus and Symantec backup solution, PRTG and FG Firewall.
