- Conduct hands-on training sessions to demonstrate sewing techniques and best practices.
- Knowledge of all types of sewing techniques and machine learning.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any related field.
- 7+ years Proven experience as a sewing trainer in the garment manufacturing industry.
- Problem-solving mindset and the ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of garment production techniques
- Experience in the garment manufacturing industry is MUST.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively train and mentor a diverse team.
