Job Description

  • Handling the management of 1000 employees Manpower Outsourcing in Industrial fields. 
  • Keep employees' files as per the policies Follow up form 1 and 6 registrations with the Social Insurance office. 
  • Controlling renewals employees contracts and preparing temporary offers 
  • Handling the assumptions of the new employees with all necessary documents as per law. 
  • Managing the company personnel files , their documents update , and the filling system. 
  • Representing the company in front of the social insurance office and the labor office. 
  • Applying all the benefits to the employees as per law. 
  • Managing H.R letters upon requests.
  • Handling the Weekly / monthly reports issued after the salaries payment. 
  • Managing all the inquests with the employees.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Commerce or Law or any relevant field.
  • Experience 2 - 4 Years
  • Excellent command of English
  • Males only
  • Excellent use of Excel and PowerPoint.
