Job Description
- Handling the management of 1000 employees Manpower Outsourcing in Industrial fields.
- Keep employees' files as per the policies Follow up form 1 and 6 registrations with the Social Insurance office.
- Controlling renewals employees contracts and preparing temporary offers
- Handling the assumptions of the new employees with all necessary documents as per law.
- Managing the company personnel files , their documents update , and the filling system.
- Representing the company in front of the social insurance office and the labor office.
- Applying all the benefits to the employees as per law.
- Managing H.R letters upon requests.
- Handling the Weekly / monthly reports issued after the salaries payment.
- Managing all the inquests with the employees.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce or Law or any relevant field.
- Experience 2 - 4 Years
- Excellent command of English
- Males only
- Excellent use of Excel and PowerPoint.
