The role
We are looking for associate consultants to join the team. Ideally you will have consulting experience gained or an engineering, sciences or maths graduate. However, we assess every candidate on their own merit. The skills we value the most value are analytical ability, research capabilities, attention to detail and intellectual curiosity.
What will you be doing?
As an Associate Consultant, you will be working with project managers and senior consultants to:
- Undertake primary research into customers and competitors
- Map out product portfolio of companies or carry out technology mapping – for example, different types of pumps;
- Map out industries in terms of companies, distributors, value chain partners;
- Undertake analysis of industry data and present findings in easy-to-understand formats;
- Work closely with our clients to reflect their findings into your assessments
Job Requirements
Who are they looking for? They are looking for candidates that have similar or relevant experience and are passionate about research and analysis You will need to have:
- Strong attention to detail
- An ability to identify and gather information from different sources
- An ability to synthesise such information
- An ability to critique information that you or others have gathered and use judgment to prioritise the most relevant information;
- Intermediate or advanced Excel skills
- An ability to present such information in easy-to-understand formats
