Job Description
- Maintain and develop internal operational processes.
- Support the day-to-day operation of the Digital & Social Media team.
- Set deadlines, distribute tasks and make sure operations are running smoothly.
- Make sure all deadlines are met and delivered on time.
- Develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders to manage the deliverable of projects and tasks.
- Liaise with internal departments, including s Accounts, Art, Production and Content teams to manage day-to-day operations, and engaging departmental colleagues when necessary.
- Ensure that the resources and documentations are being stored and recorded into the internal system.
- Make sure that all briefs that delivered from the Accounts team are clear and as per requirements.
- Daily reporting operations updates to the upper management.
- Raise flags when necessarily.
- Supervising the Art and Creative team in the line with the Creative Director and the GM.
- Act as a member in the ad hoc team when necessary.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in appropriate field of study.
- 6+ years' of experience in operation or project management.
- 4+ years' proven experience in digital agency.
- Project/ operation management.
- Deep knowledge of the technical aspects of the digital marketing.
- Internal processes guidelines.
- Internal system knowledge.
- Communication, innovation, time management and good managerial and leadership skills.
