Job Description
- Provide financial reports and interpret financial information to managerial staff while recommending further courses of action.
- Advise on investment activities and provide strategies that the company should take Maintain the financial health of the organization.
- Analyze costs, pricing, variable contributions, sales results and the company’s actual performance compared to the business plans.
- Develop trends and projections for the firm’s finances.
- Conduct reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities. Oversee operations of the finance department,

- Ensure all policies and procedures are compliant with organization`s financial policies, procedures, and requirements.
- Oversee the financial operations of the organization and ensure timely and accurate financial reports and practices including cash management, payroll, financial disbursements, ledgers etc.
- Responsible for entering financial information and maintaining all financial records for projects and for the organization.
- Create monthly and annual reports to identify results, trends, and financial forecasts
- Manage cash flow by tracking transactions and regularly reviewing internal reports
- Ensure that all financial transactions are properly recorded, filed, and reported
- Establish and implement financial reporting systems to comply with government regulations and legislation
- Collaborate with auditing services to ensure proper compliance with all regulations
- Preparing and maintaining all agreements and staff contracts.
- Manage financial control, prepare and analyze budgets, develop financial reports, and make recommendations to the Association on budget
- Develop budgets and financial plans for the Association based on research and data reports
- Review all financial plans and budgets regularly to look for cost reduction opportunities
- Examine all financial reports and data closely to check for discrepancies
- Obtain approvals from the Executive Director on all procurement and purchases for the projects and for the organization.
- Monitor the expenditures to ensure that all items are utilized appropriately by the close of the fiscal year.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance.
- Professional qualifications such as CFA/CPA or similar will be considered a plus.
- 7-10 years of experience in accounting and financial analysis. (Proven experience as a finance manager)
- Ability to synthesize large quantities of complex data into actionable information.
- Ability to work and effectively communicate with senior-level business partners.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Excellent business judgment, analytical, and decision-making skills.
- Knowledge of financial reporting and data analysis.
- Proficient user of finance software’s and ERP(SAP) system
