Reviewing material submittals and data sheets of mechanical equipment in line with specifications and design documents.
Inspecting installations and erections by contractor on site.
Following up the execution and timetable with the contractor to ensure the completion of works in a timely manner.
Attends regular meeting with a client, civil engineers, and consultant to provide an update on project progress.
Pre-resolve any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems at a site that may arise at any time
Ensures that all the works have done are in accordance with the approved construction drawings, contract documents, project specifications, and all applicable standards whether local, national or international standards.
Ensures that all site works are done according to all applicable quality standards.

Has a suitable background knowledge of the relevant HVAC, plumbing, and fire fighting engineering concepts and codes.
Adequate user of engineering drafting software such as AutoCAD 2D.
