Job Description
- Coordination of the goods on the shelves inside the hyper
- Follow up on the deficiencies of the goods on the shelf and inform a sales supervisor to make new orders and fill the void of any deficiencies on the shelf
- Provide accurate information such as product features, pricing and after-sales services
- Responding to customers regarding products and services.
- Shown comparisons between prices and additional features to encourage customers to buy
- Coordinate the consistency of storage operations and quantities displayed on shelves.
- Handling the procedures for return and exchange of products.
- Submit periodic reports on customer feedback to the Sales manager.
- Provide a positive customer experience with all customer interactions
- Familiarize and become an expert of our products and services
- Generate monthly sales reports & tracking.
- Assist the sales team with miscellaneous projects as needed.
Job Requirements
- 1 : 2 years of experience in retail sales
- Bachelor's Degree
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Full understanding of competitive relationships and market drivers
- Strong customer focus
- Understanding of company policies/procedures and image requirements
- Strong merchandising skills
- Strong sales skills
