Job Description

  • Structure, build & follow up marketing, and build comprehensive marketing plans that will drive traffic, awareness, and revenue optimization for hitop & Etejar. Execute and report on all B2B clients.
  • Build comprehensive marketing plans that will drive traffic, awareness, and revenue optimization.
  • Understand and analyze different market dynamics and market behaviors
  • Responsible for user acquisition, user engagement and revenue growth via online marketing channels (website, social media, digital, emails).
  • Manage social media campaigns, supervise on the end-to-end process of social media content creation and performance optimization, optimizing toward higher engagements and conversions
  • Drive marketing partnerships with new and existing partners, pitch marketing promotion ideas, and deliver effective partnership campaigns mapped to business objectives.
  • Overall increase in ROAS for clients while aiming for decreasing CPAs of products and offers.
  • Manage a team of marketing
  • Promote the brand, keep & raise the quality constantly
  • Bring in macro ideas that make things more efficient
  • Coordinate with Sales Team to achieve common goals
  • Set and steer team to achieve monthly/quarterly/annual goals
  • Manage content creation process such as photo or video shoots
  • Lead creative workshops to come up with new ideas, that are at the pulse of time
  • Involve in product development
  • Competitors & price analyze

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration/marketing
  • Skilled in Twitter, Google Ads, Instagram, and LinkedIn ad campaigns
  • work experience in marketing with a focus on social media design and marketing campaigns
  • 5+ years in eCommerce marketing
  • Team leading & management skills
  • Be able to compile regular documentation about your work/achievements
  • Be able to build a long-term strategy
  • Understand the market and consumer behaviour
  • Have experience at least in a medium or big-scale company
  • Be analytical in your approach and decision making
  • Understand brand and technical trends in eCommerce marketing for B2B
  • Have an aesthetic as well as a business mind
  • Perfect communication skills (internal & external)
  • Fluency in English & Arabic (spoken and written) is required
  • Understand the power of data
  • Talented in organization & time management
  • Don’t hesitate to do the hard work
  • Experience working with external partners to execute marketing programs across multiple media channels.
  • Analytical thinking and data-driven. Focus on performance metrics to support building robust campaigns.
  • Experience writing creative briefs, testing creativity, and adapting based on insights.
  • Strong organization and project management skills; comfortable working on projects and running multiple channels at the same time.
  • Tight-knit collaboration skills working with partners across various functions.
  • Understand the media landscape with paid media experience preferred – performance marketing, digital and social channels expert.
