Job Description
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate inventory requisites with Procurement & Kitchen Ops department to ensure short/long term planning
- Forecast production plans to manage accurate inventory for distribution to minimize abnormal stock fluctuations or Goods Out of Stock
- Perform analysis on SKU movement to anticipate and mitigate the stocks shortage through scenario planning
- Review the actual consumption vs. the forecast to highlight and address deviations in order to update supply planning parameters
- Lead the planning for the goods assigned to be in line with the safety stocks and DIO targets
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree is a must.
- Excellent English and Google Sheets / Excel skills.
- Food and beverage or FMCG experience is a must.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Previous experience in the same position.
