Job Description

We’re looking for a Technical Support Engineer with the following responsibilities:
- Maintain, update, and oversee every aspect of a smart environment
- Assist customers in their inquiries and provide troubleshooting support when needed
- Provide assistance to IT technicians
- Act as the first point of contact for clients concerning their solution issues
- Ensure proper logging and documentation of all issues
- Monitor daily performance of systems
- Turn in detailed reports for technical assistance requests, including the procedure utilized to resolve the issue, dates and times, and the individuals involved in the case
- Install and configure smart solutions
- Conduct research for new solutions and develop current solutions
Job Requirements
- 1 year of experience in technical support position
- BA in Electrical/Electronics/Mechatronics engineering
- Excellent communication and soft skills
- Extensive experience working with Windows and Mac OS
- Ability to work with others through help desk software, including remotely to other desktop programs
- Extremely organized
- Demonstrate strong problem solving abilities, research skills and critical thinking
- Gender: Male is a must
