- To provide Assistance and coordination for Human Resources Department.
- Assist on daily time keeping records, and monthly payroll clothing.
- Assist in recruitment process (Advertisement placement - Interview Arrangements -
- Assist in timely documented follow up with applicants).
- Assist in updating and completion of filing system for personnel records in accordance with policies and procedures.
- Assist in following medical insurance activities (Approvals- Refund- Check-ups...etc).
- Responsible for updating personal database.
- Dealing with governmental authorities (Social Insurance- Medical Insurance- Labor Law- Post Office).
- Assist in organizing other employee benefits and recognition awards.
- Assist in Training process Execution and filing system.
- Experience: 3+ Years in dealing with (Social Insurance, Labor Office).
- Strong knowledge in labor/ social insurance laws, and regulations.
- Very good computer skills.
- Very good English skills.
- Very good communication& presentation skills.
- Heliopolis and nearby residents are preferably
- HR Certificates is plus.
