Job Description
The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing leadership and direction to the sales organization within the company. By understanding the industry and economic trends, you will be able to accurately forecast for the teams, and lead the teams' strategies for success.
- Develop sales strategies to achieve business and sales goals
- Provide coaching to sales managers on the company's sales strategies
- Provide forecasts to leadership for sales organizations
- Implement B2B and B2C channels strategy by developing long term relationships based on win-win approach to ensure business objectives are met as a strategic business partner.
- Perform orientations and presentations to team members regarding the assigned projects.
- Remain knowledgeable about our markets and best practices.
- Monitor industry trends and market competitors to support sales goals
- Plan, monitor and appraise the performance of the sales team, by implementing the company performance management system to ensure all team members are effective & meet their targets.
Job Requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business
- 10+ years' of sales experience - FMCG is a must
- Experience in FMCG and retail food industry is a must
- Experience in corprotate sales patissier industry is a preferable
- Strong B2B sales concepts
- Strong corporate communication skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
