Job Description
- Create KPI’s for all job roles with required competencies and technical requirements.
- Design & Implement Performance Management System that is based on SMART Objectives with quantitative & qualitative measurements.
- Design and deliver OD initiatives that support building a sustainable high performing team.
- Conduct Performance Management Panels based on 360 Degree.
- Collect the performance evaluation feedback from managers with recommendations and comments; ensure that all employees sign the final PA forms and informed by their scores.
- Assist the HRIS specialist in the implementation of the PMS over the HR system.
- Following up the implementation of the performance management cycle to ensure that the performance management system provided with accurate and timely support and effective input to maximize the performance of the employees.
- Assist in the development & implementation of human resource policies & procedures
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree
- HR Diploma is preferable
- 2-3 years of experience in Performance Management area
- High communication and organization skills
- Attention to details
