• Implement the preventive actions according to plan.
• Execute the approved preventive maintenance plans to optimize equipment reliability while ensuring timely and efficient implementation of the plan.
• Maintain machines to increase its efficiency and decrease stoppage times.
• Set the shut-down plan after discussion with the maintenance manager and prepare for it.
• Participate in the execution of major shut-down activities as per the settled schedules while ensuring their timely and efficient execution.
• Apply and implement the instructions for the ISO and complete all ISO related paperwork.
• Follow-up on the regular maintenance schedule for the production machines.
• Assist in training the technicians on the operation and maintenance.
• Generate “Maintenance Weekly Report” to analyze response times, team’s productivity, spare parts consumption etc.
• Performs FAT and SAT tests for new machines.
